Game-Mother Site Upgrade, EVOLVED Roadmap and NO MORE ADS!

I have now finished the initial site upgrade to using Bootstrap to give the site a more modern and friendly UI. I hope that you like the new look for the site, this is going to be the foundation for future tools.

I have given the original character creator an update to bring it in line with the rest of the site and this will remain for people who still want to play the original edition of the Alien RPG. I have also fixed a couple of minor bugs that were noted in recent games.

Now as for the new upcoming Evolved edition of the Alien RPG, the official book isn't out yet and will probably not be with us until the Winter, but they have released the BETA pdf. My plan is to redesign the character creator to have a more modern and friendly look (less clunky) and more like a videogame character creator. I also have plans for some new GM tools to help with games. My current roadmap is below:

• Evolved Character Creator - Updated to new ruleset, New UI front end for character creation
• GM Search - Universal search tool for rules, gear, talents, vehicles, spaceships
• GM Cheatsheet PDF - Simple PDF with all the rules laid out for GMs

Finally, I originally put ads on the site in hopes that it could pay for the hosting costs. Currently it pays for roughly 1/6 the yearly cost (it costs me about £120 per year in hosting and domain fees). Google ads also likes placing ads in annoying places and frankly I think ad monetisation is potentially the worst thing that happened to the internet (for people that remember the internet before Google/YouTube). Frankly the ads just annoy me now and I'd rather just pay all the fees myself so you can have a nice clean experience. Feel free to hit the donate button if you like what I do and want to help :)
